A changing business environment, contemporary market conditions, and growing customer expectations have all increased the role of company employees. Improving the staff quality, their skills, competences and professional knowledge has become a particular challenge for enterprise management. Responding to its clients' needs Wielkopolska Business School prepares educational programmes and trainings adapted to companies' individual expectations.
In-company Training In-company workshops are made to individual request of enterprise. This allows us to adjust the training programme and range to particular requirements of each company. Before the training, we organize meetings with the company to develop the most effective learning methods and an optimal schedule. All trainings have an interactive character. They are provided in small groups by means of the following methods: interactive lecture, exercises, case studies, role plays, and plenary presentations. Particular emphasis is laid on the practical aspect of the information presented and on the capability of applying in practice the knowledge and skills acquired by trainees. After the training, each company receives a comprehensive report. Each participant receives teaching materials and a certificate. Open Training Programmes of short open training include current managerial issues concerning different areas of company management (human resources, finance, marketing, sales, customer service etc.). The courses present the newest methods and concepts. Participants analyze case studies concerning the most important problems in their companies, perform exercises, role plays, discussions and presentations. Trainings are provided for small groups, which enables an active participation of each trainee. All trainings are conducted by professional and experienced trainers, as well as by business practitioners. In addition to acquiring knowledge and skills during the trainings, participants can establish new business contacts with managers and employees who work for other companies and industries all over the country. Each participant also receives teaching materials and a certificate. |
